Waterfront RV Sites & Boat Slips in Steinhatchee, FL
By reserving and occupying an RV site and/or wet slip at Coppertone Creations, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise approved by management.
Invoices sent for reservations must be paid within 24 hours of issuance. Failure to remit payment within 24 hours will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.
Guest is fully financially responsible for any and all damages caused by themselves, members of their party, visitors, pets, vehicles, boats, trailers, or equipment during their stay.
Check-In: 2:00 PM
Check-Out: 12:00 PM
30+ days prior to arrival: Full refund minus processing fees
14–29 days prior to arrival: Partial refund or future stay credit may be offered
Less than 14 days / No-show: No refund
All RV sites are Full Hook-Up 50/30 amp sites including water, sewer, and electric service.
A surge protector is strongly recommended and is the sole responsibility of the Guest.
Each RV site reservation includes one designated wet slip corresponding directly to the reserved site number.
RV Site 1 = Wet Slip 1
RV Site 2 = Wet Slip 2
Guests may only use the slip assigned to their reservation unless approved by management.
All boats using the property must carry valid liability insurance.
Guests are responsible for following all Florida Fish & Wildlife regulations.
Trailers, vehicles, and golf carts must remain in designated parking areas only.
Maximum occupancy per site is 8 people unless approved by management.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times due to immediate waterfront access and open water areas.
Pets must remain leashed and under control at all times.
Owners must immediately clean up after pets.
Guests are financially responsible for pet-related damages.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
Fish and scallop cleaning only in designated areas.
No refunds for mandatory evacuations or weather-related interruptions.
Guests acknowledge natural coastal risks including tides, storms, slippery docks, shallow water, insects, and wildlife.
No refunds will be issued for outages due to weather or infrastructure limitations.
Guests assume all risks associated with use of the property and agree to hold harmless Coppertone Creations from all claims or liabilities.
Guest is responsible for all damages caused by themselves, their party, pets, boats, vehicles, or trailers.
Illegal, unsafe, destructive, or disorderly behavior may result in removal without refund.
Guests renting a Boat Slip ONLY without an RV site are subject to all boating, dock, parking, safety, liability, and property rules outlined in these Terms & Conditions.
Boat Slip ONLY rentals include one assigned wet slip and limited designated parking only.
Boat Slip ONLY rentals do not include RV site access, hookups, overnight camping, or use of vacant RV sites unless approved by management.
No overnight sleeping on boats unless authorized by management.
Coppertone Creations is not responsible for boat damage, theft, sinking, storm damage, tidal damage, wildlife damage, or loss of personal property.
By booking, signing electronically, submitting payment, or occupying the property, Guest acknowledges acceptance of these legally binding Terms & Conditions.
