By reserving and occupying an RV site at Coppertone Creations, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These rules are in place to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for all guests.
A deposit is required to secure your reservation. Full payment is due upon arrival unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Rates are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival forfeit the deposit. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
Check-in time is 2:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early arrivals and late departures must be arranged in advance and may incur additional charges.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests are responsible for keeping their site clean and free of debris. All trash must be placed in designated receptacles. Campfires are permitted in designated fire rings only and must never be left unattended. No fireworks or firearms are permitted on the property.
Well-behaved pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash at all times when outside the RV. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets immediately. Aggressive animals will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the property.
Boat slip renters are responsible for their own vessels and equipment. Coppertone Creations is not liable for damage, theft, or loss of boats, motors, trailers, or personal property. All boaters must comply with Florida boating laws and safety regulations.
Guests use all facilities and amenities at their own risk. Coppertone Creations, its owners, and employees are not responsible for any injury, death, or property damage occurring on the premises. By staying at Coppertone Creations, guests acknowledge and accept this assumption of risk.
Guests will be held financially responsible for any damage to Coppertone Creations property, including but not limited to utility hookups, landscaping, structures, and common areas.
Coppertone Creations management reserves the right to refuse service, terminate a reservation, or remove any guest from the property at any time for violation of these terms, disruptive behavior, or any reason deemed necessary for the safety and well-being of other guests.
